Accountant

Dotmac Technologies Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and support financial reporting and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, experience with bookkeeping, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools. Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate financial records including income, expenses, and general ledger entries - Perform routine bookkeeping and account reconciliations (bank, cash, and other accounts) - Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and expense documentation - Manage payroll preparation and verification in collaboration with HR - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports - Monitor company expenses and ensure proper budget tracking and cost control - Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory deductions, and financial policies - Maintain proper filing and organization of financial documents (physical and digital) - Support internal and external audits when required - Use Microsoft Excel and accounting tools to analyze and present financial data - Assist management with financial planning and reporting insights
